September 2007 – December 2008, Suzhou Sujing Environmental Protection Engineering Co., LTD undertakes Jiangsu Province Science and Technology Special Research Project on Taihu Lake Pollution Control and Management “Electroplating wastewater advanced treatment into the production process using pure water technology and complete sets of equipment and demonstration projects”. Through cooperating learning, development, and production with Jiangsu Province Academy of Environmental Science Research and Development, the core technology of electroplating wastewater treatment was mastered, which in turn electroplating wastewater treatment discharge standards with independent intellectual rights and depth of treatment and reuse technology and the complete sets of equipment is created.

This project’s main research and development content is to classifies various types of electroplating waste water by its quality, at the same time makes membrane as the core process and develop its corresponding processing equipment to solve issues regarding Metal Effluent generated during electroplating industry production process and its in-depth treatment. Wastewater after in-depth treatment, majority can meet quality requirements during production process, during reuse in the production process, a small amount of wastewater treated can meet the national emission standards for emissions.
