Group Worker’s Union Opens “Sujing Cup ‘Enterprise and I Innovate Together” Theme Rational Proposed Activity
To commemorate the thirtieth anniversary of reform and opening-up, to further enhance the innovative capability of enterprises and workers, improve economic efficiency, enhance the vitality of enterprise, and stimulate employee dedication, Group Worker’s Union decides to carry out 2 month long (September and October) “’Sujing Cup’ Enterprise and I Innovate Together” Theme Rational Proposed Activity.
The activities proposed will focus on revenue and expenditure cut, independent innovation, and enhance efficiency three areas. Each union division will be responsible for publicity, mobilization, collection and preliminary trail;
proposals include subsidiary company’s recommend report by the main company leaders; at the end of October, Group Worker’s Union will invite relevant leaders and experts to form jury committee, and perform the task of appraise the reported proposals.
In order to encourage employees’ actively participation, this activity will have first, second and third price and a special award, which rewards active employees with effective proposals. Group Worker’s Union has also set up a special award to encourage and reward union sector which performs well in this activity. |
